Northcote Fencing did a great job revamping our front and back gardens. First we had Mark and his team replace some worn fencing panels and add some posts and caps to existing panels. Then we hired Brad and Richie to repave the front and back, putting in a mixture of paved and raised flower beds. They were fantastic. Brad came to quote for the job and helped us figure out a plan. Then at the arranged time they battled through poor weather, van breakdowns, supply shortages and lots else to get the job done. The quality of workmanship was fantastic, all the more considering they were small gardens so quite a fiddly job with lots of cutting and fitting. They even did some extra jobs like taking the poorly installed shed and raising it on battens to stop it rotting away due to lack of drainage. Overall I would highly recommend Northcote Fencing. They are friendly and helpful guys who do a great job and offer fanastic service for a competitive price.

Buyer BEWARE !!!!
I used Mark to do sandstone patio paving work on my house in Chiswick. While the job looked good, after the first rains the entire patio was swamped with water. Clearly mark did not consider the runoff and the patio was sloped in the completely wrong direction. I took photos and sent these to Mark with a request to remediate it.
At first Mark promised to to tend to it. But as week after week lapsed I never heard back from him. I tried calling but he just blocked all my calls. To date he has refused to respond to any emails or vmails
Sadly and surprisingly he has chosen to avoid the situation altogether - I have to admit is very disappointing, inconvenient and unacceptable under the circumstance.
At this point he has left me no option other than to seek legal counsel / action to address his faulty and 3rd grade faulty workmanship.
So buyer BEWARE ...I strongly recommend you look elsewhere for someone who is more reputable, honest and far more of a Gentlemen. -
Very happy with the excellent service and fantastic fencing job, completed within agreed timeline and quote (which was reasonable for a very high quality job). Delighted with the work and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
